  • Unless any necessary situation, live with your family. Don’t be nuclear. Each day give something good to others.

  • Your job won’t take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch.
  • Try to make at least three people smile every day.
  • Spend time with people under the age of 6 & above the age of 70

  • Smile and laugh more.
  • Don’t take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
  • Make peace with your past so it won’t spoil the present.
  • Don’t waste your precious energy (say time) on gossip.
  • Dream more while you are awake.
  • Envy is a waste of time.
  • You already have all you need.
  • You don’t have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
  • A paisa saved is a paisa earned.
  • Don’t remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.
  • Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don’t hate others.
  • You are the only responsible person for everything happening with you.
  • Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum

  • Sleep for 7 hours a day
  • Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
  • Make time to practice meditation, yoga, and prayer. Remember, the first happiness is a healthy, strong, and well shaped body.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.try to remain natural.
  • Eat more foods that grow on trees. Fresh air, natural food and pure water.
  • Live with the 3 E’s — Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.
  • Play more games. Mental as well as physical.
  • Give healthy food to your mind as well. Read spiritual and positive books everyday. Spare at least 10 minutes every day for this.
  • Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day. And smile while you walk.
