The shop keeper looked at the small and sweet child and showed him a bottle full of chocolates.

He said 'Hey little master ..u can take these chocolates...

But the child didn't take. The shop keeper was surprised.. Such a small child he is and why is he not taking the chocolates from the bottle. Again he said take the sweets dear…. Whichever you like and how many you want, please take it.

Now the mother also heard that and said.. Take the chocolates dear.. Yet he didn't take... The shopkeeper seeing the child not taking the chocolates... He himself took the sweets and gave to the child. The child was happy to get two hands full of chocolates.
While returning home the Mother asked the child... Why didn't you take the chocolates, when the shop keeper told you to take?..

Child replies... Mom! My hands are very small and if I take the chocolates I can only take few.. But now you see when uncle gave with his big hands.... How many more chocolates I got!

Friends, sometime some situations depress us when we don’t get the desired results. But believe in god, he always do best with us. Instead of wasting our efforts on things not in our control, let him do the acts. When we try to get something we don’t know our capacity and needs, but when god gives, hi gives more beyond our expectations... More than what we can hold..!!

Wish you all a very happy holi

If I could, I would personally make these colors on the face of every of you. The project was of constructing Taj Mahal. One day a passerby asked one of them, “what are you doing my dear friend?” “Just doing this kind of blood burning labor for this hungry stomach” he replied. The passerby person asked the same question to next meson. “Puting the bricks for wall”, his reply was. At last the person asked this same question again to third person. With a smile on his face meson replied “Constructing The Taj Mahal”.

Do you have any doubt the last meson would be happiest among all of them and he also would be a successful person one day?

Your attitude towards your work is as important as your skills and hard work. A wonderful story told in marvelous way. Excellent acting by everyone including Ritesh Deshmukh!! And I must not say anything about Amitabh Bachchan and Paresh Raval. They are just legends. To praise them for their acting or to give them best actor or villain award is nothing but injustice to new comers as otherwise the letters will never get any chance. The core message of the film is very well told and touches the heart. It’s a different matter it may not be able to change the system at any level. Though movie is for class and not for mass, I recommend every of you. Just watch it.

I have been very much interested in films since my childhood. From very younger age, I have been dreaming to make films. In schools I did make a few but very successful plays as well. Though I can’t do technical functions, I desire to enter in the industry sooner or later as core business of Indies.

Energy Efficiency - Conserve your Energy

There is one golden rule in marshal arts. When the opponent hits, your first effort should not be to stop it but to avoid it. If you waste your energy to stop others’ efforts, you will not have enough energy to fight at last.

This is the law of energy efficiency for an human being. Conserve your energy. Talk less, understand more. Spend at least 10 minutes a day peacefully in a silent place. Within this deep silence, re-charge yourself. This kind of conserved energy will be very helpful to you in turbulent times.

Truth is after all Truth - Save a Girl Child

Amongst the thousand names of lord Vishnu, one is Naarayan. According to Sanskrit grammer the word naarayan is made of two words.
Naar + Aayan
Naar = the whole of consciousness, bunch of life-spirit, whole power of the world.
Aayan = to reside.
This means Naarayan is one in which whole power and consciousness of the world resides.
Great meaning. But I want to point one more great meaning within this. The first word in Naarayan is Naar.
Naar = the whole of consciousness, bunch of life-spirit, whole power of the world
Naar is also woman
Hence woman is one in which all power and consciousness resides.

Lord Krishna told in bhagwad Gita,

Kirti, Shree, Varkya, Narinaam
Shruti r Medha, Dhruti, Shkama

Means I am the Fame, Wealth, ability to speak, ability to listen, intelligence, patience, and forgiveness amongst the Women.

I never understand why Indian public worship goddesses, why they give such nice meanings even to the names, and why in this country only women have to struggle hopelessly to sustain their life.

Once in my lecture I have told that “People who kill the girl child, should never be allowed to get an entry in the temple of lord hanumaan. Hanumaan utilized his complete life for the betterment of life of Sita. If you remove Sita’s character from the life of Hanumaan, we never could know hanumaan. So people who don’t allow birthing a girl child should not come in front of hanumaan who saved a girl child as his life mission”. And I faced some resistance from very few people after this.

But truth is after all truth.

Tips for being an successfull Entrepreneur

Center for Entrepreneurship Development (CED) is a premier organization promoted by each state government in India to promote the entrepreneurship within the young students and professionals. I have not read this book yet but its about self development and growing goodness within you. It motivates you to become such a human kind, that when you die, people feel your absence and cry for you. (we have many people around us, for whom we cry till they are alive!!!)

But I think you have marked the difference between the title of the book and title of the blog. Who will die when you cry? In this world of terror, throat cut competition, social relationship break ups and great moral downturn, a person feels emptiness and get depressed of it. Finally they cry. Many people have enough reasons to cry because the grief they have been gifted by their destiny. But ever you thought whether your cry is making any difference or no? Will it improve your situation? will it convince other persons? At once or twice it may, but not for life time. In gujarati there is a saying “Dukh ni Mudi Par Sahanubhuti nu Vyaj Levu” (earning the returns in form of sympathy on the capital of grief). Many people have habits to get their work done from others by expressing their situation and tears in their eyes. They may be right on their situation. But will your tears make any difference to you or others? They may have or 1 or 2 hours for you to spend but not every time and every day. No one can be with you every time.

You must have to learn fighting your own battle. Be bold, be strong and take the whole responsibility on your own shoulders. You are the responsible for the current situation and for future as well. Lord Krishna can drive the horse cart, but arrows must be handled by arjuna only. Will any person die for you when you cry? no, never. So start acting now, you are the creator of your own destiny. You have again two choice to follow, Who will die when you cry? Or Who will cry when you die? I always live for second one. You are heartily invited for the same.

Playing Flute

I have been very passionate about playing flute since many years. I was always dreaming to play nice flute. Though classical music is not of my interest but this instrument is. Hence I have started learning it before a month, off course for my own interest and satisfaction. Today I have played Vaishnav jan to……… in raag Khamaj. Feeling very happy. One of my many dreams achieved.

My master tells me I am the fastest person in his career of 70 years. This might be due to my eagerness that I have within me since many years.

Some good books to read

Pleae find here the list of few good books those I believe are very interesting to read.

1) Who will cry when you die - Robin Sharma
2) Ageless body Timeless mind - Dipak Chopra
3) Business at speed of thoughts - Bill Gates
4) Shyam Ek vaar aavo ne angane (Gujarati) - Dinkar Joshi
5) The Romance of Tata Steel - R M Lala
6) Bharatiya Swatantrya Sangraam: 1857 - Veer Savarkar (Must Read)

I dont know whether book no 5 is available in any other language except gujarati. book 6 is avaialable in all major lanaguages of india including english. I believe teaching is not educating others but to spend some time together to share your views, knowledge and joy. Though its very hard for me to spare some time from routine business activities, I love doing it. If they are children of age 5 I feel I am in a blooming garden where their sensible touch and sweet words provide me deep calmness and happiness. If they are college youth I feel myself very dynamic and vibrant and full of energy. If I would not be a businessman I would be a teacher or professor.

Now I am going to adopt schools. This will happen under the banner of Indies Service (my Professional company) and Prashant Mamtora Foundation (Not for profit organization) I have been applied to Bhavnagar Municipal Corporation for same and the application is under consideration and at final stage. I have visited many schools before few days and finalized for 4 of them.

My plan is to apply some practical changes in the education process. I don’t want every of them to become a doctor or engineer. Whether they become plumber or electrician, carpenter or street hawker, they should be responsible person and citizen. They do good whatever they do.

Your views, ideas, and help (hey not financial) are most welcome for this.

Cant change the situation? change your attitude.

You have been driving for an important meeting for one hour. The destination is still one hour away and you stuck in a traffic jam. A long queue of vehicles, making noise of unnecessary horns, you have not moved more than few meters for last half an hour. You secretary, manager and finally you client starts calling you. You are losing your patience. You have made enough preparation, for meeting starting from presentation to timely start of the same. You are just frustrating as all your efforts are going in vain. You are going to miss the meeting and possibly the opportunity. Situation is not in your control at any how. What will you do now?

You have many options to do. You can start quarrelling with others, blaming the roads and government and even to your luck, get frustrated, get excited and loose your temperament, and many more. But before you start doing any of this, just think of one question. “Will it change the conditions?” And if the answer is no, why should you harm your mind and body? Many times in our life, situation will not be in our control. If we cant change them we should change our attitude. Just look over the situation from other angles and let that supreme decide your fate in this situation.

Like same way, there are more than 6 billion people in this world, not every one of them will adjust with you, if you want to exist with them just adjust with them. Change your thoughts; never try to change the situation or the people. You will be one more example of failed life in this case.

Samarath Ko Nahi Dosh Gusai - Ramayana

Samarath Ko Nahi Dosh Gusai....

This may be one of the most ..... Chopai of Ramayana. It means Capable never come in fault. Does it mean they are free to do whatever they want? Is everything right for him? aren't they liable to law?

Normally people interprets this Chopai like this.

But i understand this in different manner.

Only those are Capable who do right. One should say himself Capable if he never do mistakes.

And only one such entity is there in this world which the supreme power himself.

So is the only Capable in this universe.

What is Time?

Time is :

Two slow for those who wait

Too slow for those who fear

Too slow for those who grieve

Too short for those who rejoice

But it is eternity for those who love……..

Remember
Not let thy golden days be spent in vain, once gone not even gold can buy them back.

Got an injured shouldre

Hello Friends,
writing here after long. i got injured before 15 days. my shoulder pains a lot and cant move at all. This may also be one reason why, every of them interprets God differently.

Bhagavaan shree Krishna says in bhagvad gita.

“Yachchapi sarva bhutanam bijam tadham arjun, na tadasti vina yatsyan maya bhut chara char”

Means : there is no live or dead particle without me in this whole universe.

A nice funny story on this.

Once a guru had a follower. Guru taught him that every one is a form of god. God is there in every one. Now one day the follower went to the market place for some work. Suddenly a mad elephant appeared, crushing everything coming its way. The master of the elephant was shouting to tell others to stay away from elephant and people were running like anything to save their lives. The follower came to know about the elephant and he remembered the lesson his guru taught to him. He decided not to run away, thinking that elephant won’t harm him as there is the god in it as well. Elephant came nearer and master of the elephant shouted quite a few times to run away. But follower stayed there, elephant came nearby to him and thrown away him with its trunk. After couple of hours the follower awaked and seen his guru sitting nearby to him. He asked him why the elephant thrown him as the same god is there as per his lesson? Guru told. Very true, but same lord was there in elephant master as well. Why he did not followed his advice?

This is the problem with all of us. We all interprets the god as per our convenience and expects he always favor us.

Healthy Living Tips - 4 - Life

In this concluding healthy living series let's discuss few point on life

The best is yet to come.

Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.

Remember GOD heals everything. Trust him

Also remember, Shree Krishna drove the cab of Arjun, but the weapons had to be used by arjuna only.

Your Inner most is always happy. So, be happy.

However good or bad a situation is, it will change.

Do only those things after which you don’t feel guilty.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.

When you awake alive in the morning, thank GOD for one more chance to chase your dreams.

Happy Living Tips - 3 - Society

How should you behave and involve with your surroundings? here are some chat on it.

What other people think of you is none of your business.

Unless any necessary situation, live with your family. It comprises Personality as a whole.

Don't compare your life to others'. God created everyone with their own unique identity.

Never have negative thoughts or things you cannot control.

1 rupee earned is more important than 5 rupee found.Don't over do. Keep your limits.

Don’t under-estimate yourself.

Smile and laugh more.

Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.

Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.

Don't waste your precious energy (say time) on gossip.

Dream more while you are awake.

Envy is a waste of time.

You already have all you need.

You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.

A paisa saved is a paisa earned.

Don't remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past.
